Last Sunday Mark and I pretended to be a Lord and a Lady for the day and went to Fulham Palace for the day. Its gardens are beautiful and the perfect place to practice taking your macro shots, which I just can't get enough of!
The Palace is quaint and, as i'm still a Masters student for a little over a month, yes you've guessed it, visiting is completely free! Being a student in London, you quickly get to know the best free spots in city!
The gardens really are beautiful and absolutely full of beautiful varieties of flowers. The place was also relatively quiet for a sunny Sunday in the school holidays, making it the perfect place to take some macro shots.
An additional bonus is that they have bees, meaning the gardens are full of them (in a good way), so you can practice capturing some photos of insects too.
The Palace is also next to the River and some more really lovely gardens, so is a really beautiful place just to take a stroll
What do you think of this week's photos? Do you love taking macro shots? Let me know in the comments!
See you next week,
