My favourite park in London

My favourite park in London is definitely Battersea Park. I have been back in London this week so I thought I would spend some time there with my camera and show you what I like about it.

The park is full of dog walkers and I love watching them play. I have to admit, I'm a sucker for photos of cute dogs

and I love watching owners try to keep their pets from taking a swim in the fountains

The park is a great place to take some time for yourself whilst exploring its gardens, lake and natural beauty.

One of the best things about Battersea Park, is that it is home to the Pump House Gallery

This gallery really is a hidden gem which hosts really great art exhibitions that are completely FREE! Its current exhibition, What is home?, is a real treat and runs until August 9th - you still have time to visit before the exhibition changes. I can promise you, the current exhibition really is magical and more than worth spending some time in!

I don't want to share too much of the exhibition as I hope some of you will go and have a look for yourselves, but I just had to share some of my photos with you.

The way the light reflects and glistens off the gold leaves is truly majestic

To say I love it is a huge understatement. Go to the Pump House Gallery's website for more details and to see what other exhibitions they are hosting this year.

Let me know what you think of this week's photos in the comments, see you next Thursday
